Add finishing services (optional) Pico, Falls · done by our tailors before dispatch

Finishing adds about 5 to 7 working days before dispatch. A finished saree is customised for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Not offered on stone-work, cut-work, crush or very heavy-border sarees.

Colours may differ slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings — we photograph every piece as true to life as possible. Each product's fabric is stated in its title and description — our range includes art silk (artificial silk) and pure cotton weaves.

On zari-work sarees, light fold marks in the zari are a natural characteristic of the weave, not a defect. Handloom pieces may show small knots or slubs — the signature of genuine handwork.

.

Art silk & synthetic sarees: gentle hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, or dry clean. Don't wring — roll in a dry towel to remove excess water, then drip dry in shade. Iron low, on the reverse.

Cotton: wash separately in cold water for the first few washes — rich colours can release dye. Hand wash preferred; a gentle machine cycle with like colours only is fine after that. Dry in shade; medium iron for a crisp finish.

Kids' wear: gentle hand wash in cool water; no tumble drying.

Zari sarees: avoid soaking — water and zari don't mix well.

Storage: fold and wrap in a soft cotton or muslin cloth, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid plastic covers or bags.
