Shipping policy

All our products are shipped from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

Dispatch and delivery (within India)

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Some items — including bulk orders and made-to-order products — may take longer to dispatch; where this applies, it is noted on the product page.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for delivery addresses within India, on orders up to ₹5,000. We confirm every COD order with you on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch — please respond to the confirmation message so your order is not delayed. COD selected on orders shipping outside India will be cancelled.

International shipping

We ship worldwide from India by DHL Express (typically 3–7 business days). One shipping charge covers up to two sarees — your second saree ships free. Each additional saree adds only a small amount (USA/Canada ₹300, UAE/Singapore ₹350, UK/Europe ₹300, Australia/NZ ₹450 per saree).

Mixed orders are charged by total weight — blouses, frocks, shirts and kids' wear are lighter than a saree, so adding them to your order often costs nothing extra in shipping. Exact rates for your country are always shown at checkout. Combining items into one order is the smartest way to save on shipping.

Please note: international orders must be paid from a bank account or card issued outside India. Payments made from India-based accounts are not applicable for international shipping rates.

Import and customs duties

Any customs or import duty levied by the destination country is beyond our control and is the customer's responsibility.

Delays

Dispatch estimates are indicative. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp with updates. We cannot provide compensation for delays in shipment. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will re-ship the product within 15 days or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Verification on delivery

On delivery, customers may be asked to sign or show identification to ensure the product reaches the right person.
